The key in my view is having a defensible review strategy that is based on the list of issues identified by Counsel . Preserve wide process narrow . Strategically target these documents both in time width and origin. Then and only then review with the mantra “ why are you reviewing that document”. If you don’t know the answer to that question you are wasting money and increasing the risk of tactical directions orders on disclosure being made against your client that will also cost your client money.

Target them and costs are kept low . Then and only then review .
